Central Group Companies (CGC) is a hospitality management and development company based in St. Cloud, Minnesota.  The organization’s mission is consultation on and development and management of hospitality projects.  Central Group Companies was formed in 1990 and has developed 34 new properties and has overseen the renovation and repositioning of 50 properties overall.

In addition to a successful network of independent hotels, boutique properties and resorts, Central Group Companies has managed many franchised properties including Hilton Garden Inn, Country Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, Americlnn, Wingate by Wyndham and Days Inns.  Central Group Companies has developed or consulted on the development of nine hotel water park properties and opened and operated numerous franchised and independent restaurants and bars.

Central Group Companies has assumed operation and control of troubled assets, stabilized the properties and prepared them for sale.
