Training and Development: Central Group Management will hire, train and supervise all personnel using state-of-the-art programs and materials on a wide range of operations and financial metrics. Sales and Marketing: Central Group Managements’ marketing department coordinate market analysis, assists sales teams in achieving target market goals and objectives, client calls, advertising, media buys, special promotions and marketing plans and budgets. Central Group Managements’ corporate marketing team oversees the design and functionality of the property website, e-commerce, social media and networking communications.
