·  Conference and banquet facility
·  Lakeside Pavilion for weddings, receptions and events
·  Themed, Indoor Water Park and snack bar
·  18 hole Championship Golf Course with full service Pro-Shop
·  RV Park with full hook-ups
·  50 slip Marina with power watercraft, kayak, and canoe rentals
·  Concrete Boat Launch with 50 vehicle parking
·  Interpretive Center with full time staff and year round guest programs
·  Miles of hiking and biking trails and paths




· Developing and will manage a Hotel and city owned Event and Banquet Center, and Lounge, Worthington, Minnesota


· Providing development consultation and will manage a new 60 unit, Extended Stay Hotel, Minot, North Dakota

· Assumed management of Crossings Inn & Suites in Pipestone, Minnesota and River Falls, Wisconsin
